Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your shoes in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Inspection and Refund
